I agree with you his voice carried all the way to the back. It's rare to find someone who is better live than in a studio, but Tom has definately got a voice that is unbelievable live. I can only think of one other artist who live sounds just as good and that's ed sheeran.
So many artistes can be disappointing when they perform live, without all of the magic of the recording studio but not Tom Grennan! His voice is AMAZING! He deserves the success he's enjoying now.
Watched for the first time Glastonbury 2023 omg what a performer. So much energy and his sound is so infectious. His entourage were great too, don`t forget them. ALL ROUND GREAT x

For me the songs from his first album is still his best stuff, probably wanted to stay in that style, unfortunately label wanted pop songs that does better commercially 🤷♂️
