- Want to stay in an absolute tropical paradise? Magali and I visited Punto Cuchillos in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. Here we stayed at Bahia Rica, who have a great location in the jungle on the ocean. During our stay, we got on the water paddle boarding and kayaking. We got to experience the amazing bioluminescence of the ocean at night and enjoyed the tropical beaches of Isla Tortuga. Looking for a little getaway, then this is definitely the place to be!
