In the early game u can win ur lane with a good stun and inspire,for mid to late u can save it for fights,but in early use it as much as u need it to gain advantage over ur counterpart.
As an moskov main i dont usually do this because if they have something that can easily dodge our 2nd skill they will make us lose our inspire, an ofc i do 1-2 and i will make sure enemy hp if theyre low, easy to kill or an tanky guy i wouldnt use inspire and if theyre an semi tank i would use the inspire
Wouldn't it be better just to go crit build instead of holy Trinity?? Cuz any tank with dominance would just cancel out the attack speed and it would take longer to kill a tank with the holy Trinity build given the fact that if the tank built properly

For me it is better to use inspire when needed as lifesteal /backup plan when you encounter an anti-regen build /enemy reaper..😊
