Cassette VS Digital (MuseScore 4 to Cassette)

  • In this video, I take the digital audio playback from MuseScore 4, record it onto a cassette tape, and then record the cassette tape.
    This music experiment is to test if digital audio can be made to sound more "organic" and "warm" by running it through older audio formats. This is done simply for fun and out of curiosity. I hope you enjoy!

    What an interesting idea. To the elderly ears of someone like me who grew up in the analogue era, the cassette version _does_ sound warmer and more realistic.

    Wow! The cassette does make it sound like an old performance from the 19th century or something😆 It sounds amazing!!
