@@Hard0milk03 Geno put 34 points on the Raiders (defense let us down) and the Broncos have the #1 ranked D in the NFL. While I agree we could hopefully find a Mahomes in the draft (which is unlikely) then Geno is plenty good enough to roll forward with.

He’s pretty much fresh. Also, the loss doesn’t always fall on the qb. He’s putting up solid points per game and is one of the highest rated in the league.

By far my favorite game this season. The physicality between the teams was amazing. The fuse never went out for these teams. The Hawks have a bright future ahead with DK and K9 in the backfield. No credit taken from the rams though.

@@vincente4570 honestly no we need to fix this defense. i think we’re gonna draft Carter with the denver pick and draft a project qb like they did in 2012. and then sign geno to like a 2 year or 3 year deal or something. remember Russ was actually originally supposed to be a project QB because we already had Matt Flynn signed and were planning to win with Flynn. but Russ was just too good. but we will see when the draft comes

Our Seattle defense has been shakey at times, but Brooks and Woolen tore it up. Geno, Lockett, and Metcalf did great. Bwagz gave us a run, but I'll always love that guy. Go hawks!! 💙💚

To be 7 and 5 through 12 games so far in this season is insane as a Seahawks fan. Nobody in the world gave us a chance to even SNIFF the playoffs. But we are in the thick of the run right now!
Geno has no missed a step. The man hasn't had one bad game. Hasn't lost his momentum or even went down in completion percentage yet. He's so CONSISTENT! 🙏🙌. Never thought Geno would be out balling over Russ and it not even be close lol
Smith, Metcalf, and Lockett showed out in LA today. I was happy about the win against the Rams. That game winning drive was outstanding.

Geno Smith has been one of the greatest stories in recent memory. Fought his ass off in this game and carried Seattle to victory, legit one of the top QBs this season.

Great win by Seattle. First losing season for the Rams since before they got Sean McVay back in 2016 as well as the first defending SB champs to finish their following season with a losing record since the '03 Bucs.
Additionally the 22 Rams broke the 99 Broncos record for defending SB Champs. I think it’s due to most of their SB stars getting hurt.
This was a MUST win for the Hawks!

On 1st & Goal, Geno Smith threw the ball to DK Metcalf, and I thought it was intercepted, but instead, it was a Touchdown, and I did a Steve Raible by yelling out *_"TOUCHDOWN, SEAHAWKS!"_* And when the Rams were on 4th & 21, the Los Angeles Rams quarterback John Wolfard threw the ball, but Cody Barton intercepted it, sealing the Seahawks' victory.

I had no idea that Tyler Lockett would have the incredible career he's had. This guy has been there every play, for years... To be this good for this long is really rare. Also: Congrats, Seahawks fans -- that's a very good *TEAM* you have there.

Man as a Seahawks fan this defence is hella concerning. This was basically the rams second offensive unit and they couldn’t stop them

we bit on those playaction plays literally everytime they did it. Rams capitalized especially since they're QB is pretty fast.
@@SteveSaeteurn I don’t think safeties are the main issue. But hoping Jamal can stay healthy next season 🤞🏾. Our problem is that our D line and LB can’t stop the run and put pressure on opposing QB’s. Cody Barton looks lost out there. Al Woods is getting old. Bruce Irvin is on his last leg. Darrell Taylor has had a disappointing season. We need a DT or OLB (Jalen Carter or Will Anderson respectively) that can constantly put pressure on the run game and put pressure on the QB. That will help our secondary out a lot more for sure

I know LA is a shell of themselves and have a few key injuries but it's strange how before the season it looked like Denver could be a super bowl contender and Seattle was in rebuild mode yet it's the complete opposite lol.

I am a Detroit Lions fan who always appreciated Stafford’s hard work and skills. I am happy he won a Super Bowl ring even if not with my Lions Team.. When Geno was at West Virginia, he would make amazing throws to his receivers, in the smallest of openings...for about a third to a half of a season..I don't know why he would go from great to average so quickly, with a few good games in between. This happened more than one season. So I'm happy to see him doing so well.

What a great story this Seattle team is. It’s also a testament to how important coaching is - Carroll is showing how good he is and Wilson is having a catastrophic season with not much hope of getting much better.
Great wins! 7 wins already is amazing, getting a playoff spot and a top 10 pick (maybe 5) from Denver would make this a remarkably successful season! I do have concerns about the run defense though, and I hope Kenneth Walker’s ankle injury isn’t too serious.

I told a coworker earlier in the week that I was nervous about this game. The Rams always give the Seahawks a good game. Well, I was right, but it's been a minute since I was this excited for a Seahawks win! Great, great drive at the end to win.
Btw, that Wagner "interception" was the worst example of the NFL's possession rule. Ten years ago it would have been a catch and ruled down by contact before the strip. As it should be ruled! That one pissed me off.
