    This is actually very nostalgic. If you tuned Short Wave and Medium wave in the past you could listen to a lot of this music. I guess FM has taken over, not anymore (With Short Wave you could receive Ethiopian stations very well right here home in Kenya unlike FM)

    Each people have been given their culture and I can see it is vitally important.
    Our Ethiopian brothers and sisters were "throwing it down" to the organic music. The costumes and the moves are eye catching.
    Ethiopia doesn't disappoint.
    Thank you Tigress.
    Could someone explain if the music, costumes etc are from different parts of the country and belong to various ethnicities and when would such dances be performed.

    Although Konso Clothing , Some Dance Moves and Sing was Most Definitely inaccurate as well as when the instruments that were played while dancing to which is also inaccurate . It’s important to get the cultural representation right if you are to show ones culture , or simply bring the actual people from the tribe to do it . Everything at that part was very habeshanized .

      It’s easier to criticize than actually do something. How can they bring people from 80+ tribes ? Atleast they tried to learn & do their best

    • @S.F157
      @S.F157 3 года назад +3

      @@ethiopicworld I wasn’t criticizing . I was just saying what could have been done better . Also forgot to write that at least they tried their best ! But I would rather see a culture represented correctly or not done at all . Also not all Ethiopian culture gets shown , just the most fascinating ones other Ethiopians find fascinating . But if they wanted to show the culture then they could have brought the people , because I’m sure it’s not hard to go to their region and ask a few to volunteer to do the dance at the restaurant . But they did the rest correct so kudos to them .
