This week Betty has us slicing little pockets into hot dogs and stuffing them with American Cheese, then tucking them into a simple bean chili for a quick bake in the oven. It’s not a typical way to make a chili dog, but it’s pretty tasty.
Plus we learn how the biggest bean empire in America - Bush’s Beans - started as a pantyhose company.

you unlocked a core memory showing that clip from honey we shrunk ourselves!! i think i watched that movie a lot as a kid but literally the only thing i can remember from it is the scene where they say bananas have a lot of potassium. and now of course the volcano chilli scene
It wouldn’t occur to me to put it in a bun, but to have it on a plate, probably with a piece of fruit. That’s the way I had it growing up.

Fun idea for a channel.
Instead of buying the Kraft singles (which are a horrible example of American cheese), go to the deli counter of almost any grocery store and have them cut you fresh slices of Land O’ Lakes, Boars Head or just the store brand of American cheese. It is real cheese, made with milk, and miles from the disgusting plastic wrapped Kraft singles.

Boar's Head is real but the Land O Lakes around here isn't, the package says "processed cheese product" even for the blocks at the deli counter

I think you are way over thinking the serving. Put it in a bun, in a bowl…I don’t think it’s that deep.
