Determination of Marginal value of K
Marginal value of K is the value of K for which the system becomes marginally stable.
For marginally stable system there must be row of zeros in Routh’s Array.
So the value of K which makes any row of R.A as row of zeros is called as marginal value of K.
K=0 makes the constant term of C.E zero and vanishes the coefficient of s0 which makes the system unstable.
Marginal value of K is the value of K which makes any row of Routh’s Array other than s0 as row of zeros.
    Frequency of sustained oscillations.
    Solve Auxiliary Equation A(s) = 0 for K = Kmarg
The magnitude of imaginary roots of A(s)=0 is the frequency of oscillations.
Q1. For unity feedback control system, G(𝐬)=𝐊/𝐬(𝟏+𝟎⋅𝟒𝐬)(𝟏+𝟎⋅𝟐𝟓𝐬) Find the range of values of K, marginal value of K and frequency of oscillations.
