- The Manti-La Sal National Forest stretches from central Utah to southeastern Utah and into Colorado. The 1,413,111-acre forest is managed for multiple uses such as range, timber, minerals, water, wildlife, and recreation. What a beautiful area! But so much to see! This is just a portion of it in the La Sal area.

Hope everything is going OK up there , I've seen them from a distance but never ventured into them but one time! Cisco, Utah was one of those ghosts towns i remember back going thru , still a couple of folks here & there , I believe the post office still there, and running.
Wow, I wish I was there to see that. As always, love your videos and keep them coming. Peace, happiness and good health to everyone.
Something about desert storms, the smell of the wet landscape
Lovely country.
Thank you for sharing.
Awesome trip. I used to meet my dad in montecello every year in the 1990s to bowhunt in the manti - lasal mountains. We allways drove down through Indian creek at least once a year. Beautiful country up there. I really miss it. I don’t know if I will ever get back, so I’m glad to see you put it on video. Brings back a lot of memories of my dad Thanks 🙏 I really appreciate it. Good luck on all your trips. We fished in montecello lake every trip. Awesome country up there. You should check out newspaper rock. It has some amazing petroglyphs and an old cabin and creek across the road The same road leads into the canyonlands. Happy Trials 👍😎. Thanks for the memories again 🙏👌👍
That was very nice. Thanks for taking us along Sarah.
there is no greater wealth than health and peace of mind!!
Add a pinch of happiness and everything would be perfect.
Beeeeauutifull Jeepsy!!!
We rolled up through there probably 4 days ago on the way to Casper WY !
Watching from UK beautiful weather here 20 degrees and sunny, great scenery in your part of the world, all the best on your travels stay free
What beautiful scenery in the high country. It sure beats Nevada and it’s dry weather with hot temperatures. Glad to see you got to see your spirit animal. At least it is nice and green. Hope you did all right in the snow and rain.
Awesome area ,yea it's cold today here in Pennsylvania too I hate it , that's cool we got to see deer there. Stay safe sweetie
The weather in Ohio is pretty bad too. I enjoyed the video, Sarah. Have a great weekend.
❤
Nice Vid, you are doing also well, on background music, very entertaining !!!
Great video Gypsy! Beautiful veiw.
I'd love to go fishing in that lake. Wonder wt kinda fish are in there.
Stocked rainbow trout.
I go thru Monticello often heading into Moab from AZ. Have you done the road up to the top of Canyonlands they the Big Horn Sheep Birthing Grounds and the Salt Flats? AMAZING TRIP~only jeeps can make it.
Take a hike up pine ridge.
P.S.--check out the works of Edward Abbey...
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Did you make or put a stone/bug guard in front of the Go-Pro? i had one hit on my motorcycle when mounted low.
i think this type of lake is called a "tarn". (Scottish)
2:34 - So , I dunno if this is the same , but going UP I-25 , way to Denver, middle of winter , going thru Wallenberg, CO , like a Fog Across the valley there, I thought it was Twilight Zone-ish,,,
9:23 - What elevation (best guess!!, lol) is this ? nice view!!
11:09 - very tranquil (almost TO quiet!)-
👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐🌹🌹
🔱🎭 ‘Cry me au’ river !!!💦

Nice! I loved the new go pro bumper view, it works good! wow, all those beautiful views up there! Thanks!
Maybe return back on a warm, sunny summer day? I'd love to see that. I bet it would be even more beautiful!
Hi Sarah I definitely understand your feeling of ah when out in such amazing country. It is sad to me that some people never experience such beauty. Thank you for sharing this to help people to experience such beauty.
Your videos are inspiring, your eyes can light up a room. But your smile brightens up the world.
Stay safe Jeep on.
Restful and peaceful is how I would describe the view, another quality video.
That was very beautiful and yes it looks so peaceful, thanks for taking us along 👍☮️
Wow haven't been up there in decades. So wonderful to see it hasn't changed, still as I remember. Thank You so much for sharing.
Holy cow! Your vids are awakening my inner desert rat! I need to get back to that High Desert!!
Oh, I totally get it. I experienced the same emotional feeling when I was there. The vast beauty of it all. Without seeing another sole out there. It's a great place for thinking.
good to see you producing content keep up the work ethic .. your our guild
Nice! I’ll be working in Logan Canyon starting in a couple weeks. Looking forward to exploring up there. Spent time around Moab two summers ago. Ridiculously hot, but nice just up the hill a ways. Stay cool :)
That rain shaft looked like it had snow in it. Usually white rain shafts are either snow Graupel (snow pellets) or hail. Pretty area girl! Enjoy it!
What do you call a deer that can't see? No eye-deer. Seriously, thanks for taking me up this mountain with you.
What do you call a blind deer with no legs? Still no eye deer? What do you call a blind deer with no legs and no genitals? Still no f------ eye deer?
You were chasing clouds!! Thats one step away from being a storm chaser and thats not a bad thing!! Storm chasers are busy this time of year
i have been a driver most my life .. ive often driven over the mountains and run into a cloud on the ground its a real shock at 65 plus mph to run straight into a cloud and when its cold it can be instant ice ..or snow storm in the blink of an eye. i miss the road .. but who can afford it .. think ill get a horse
Sarah Wow that was great loved it Thanks.
Very Beautiful skies and the clouds are your very lucky to live there so pretty ! !
Mountains; lakes; deer, and NO people; we’re in heaven!!!😎😎😎😎😎👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
How are you going to manage the campground... on the go. 😉
I'm always busy! 🙂
Hi Sarah! I'm still chugging along, things are not still good with my relationship with my daughter 😢but have to remind myself I can't control what is .. take care.
Yeah, you have some incredible views...and wildlife out there, Darlin'. Glad you got to see dome deer. But be careful driving...because deer don't know about vehicles. Sorry rain and
flow snurries messed things up, but at least you know where the lakes are now. Thanks for taking us along, Love. Hugs and warm wishes💖.
Was just in Manti La Sal a couple weeks ago. I entered near Pleasant View, Utah.A cool little town.! Plenty of camp grounds and Boondock areas. Lots of trails for hiking.Looking forward to returning.

The background song is excellent. Good choice. Take me home.

🖐
What a beauty spot! Thanks
What song is that?
Just visited a friend in Michigan who used to work for a White Water rafting company out there. They had a equipment warehouse in Moab back in the late 70s early 80s. He used to stay there all the time. Loved it. Water use out there is one issue but that drought is the big one. Us weather scientists have a saying. Drought breeds Drought. Once a drought starts it gets so dry it will suck all the moisture out of the air and if a rain cloud does come through the dry air will suck it dry and might not ever rain, just evaporates.
This was supposed to post on your Lake Powel video but it auto played. Hahaha!
nice place
Thanks!
Are there fish in those high mountain lakes jeepsy?
Rainbow trout
The deer comments crack me up. The deer are total pests here where I live, eating our plants, turning said plants into small brown pellets that they indiscriminately scatter wherever they feel like on our property, knocking stuff over, they drive us nuts. Maybe you’d like some pets? Come n get ‘em! 🤪
