My screen is black, same lights are blinking. Could a bad cartridge cause this? Its been in storage for a while.
really need this same video in english can not understand in order to utilize and reset our printer
1. Remove power cable 2. Place finger on screen as shown in video and power on 3. When initialise option comes on screen remove finger4. This should automatically reset printer. Hope this helps 👍
