      My wife says it's the best gluten free pizza she's ever had. I've eaten them myself and they are quite good.

    Nothing to feed the yeast? No sugar?

      The recipe is made per Caputo's instructions. Yeast dines on the rich carbohydrate makeup of the flour. People use sugar sometimes to help the yeast get started, but it is not a necessity.

      The flour mix being used has dextrose in the ingredients which feeds the yeast
