Great job. I still like getting new vinyl windows. Just did 7 windows and 1 patio slider for a 3/2 1400 sq feet house in OC for $4k flat. It'll last decades and makes the place look so much newer
3 things. 1. Normally you would sand and repaint the kitchen and not remove a wall for an open kitchen. I'm glad you did that, because at this property you would have cheaped out at the wrong place. 2. I hope on more videos and reaction like that. 3. The beard suits you good. Hope your wife likes it as well and you don't do this to be sponsored by a shaving company.

Whoaa Dude!! That is a gorgeous mansion compared to the renovation I'm having to do. My home was hit by a tornado on Easter Sunday. Me, my son and my fiance was inside when it came. It picked us and my home up and twisted us I don't even remember how many times I closed my eyes but we were threw to the street behind us. We all survived Thank God with injuries. My fiance got the worst he's already a Stage 4 lung cancer patient. But anyway the home we put back on our property is completely destroyed on the inside. I'm talking someone had went thru ripped out all the wiring there's holes in the walls and ceilings. That's where there is walls now most of the home doesn't even have walls! We had to put a door on it cuz there wasn't one 🤦 this home had been sitting for at least 12 yrs empty! I spent 2 days just cleaning it up so we can start repairs. It's been a complete nightmare.
