- We've got a grab bag of combo trials in Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator 2 today for you all. I go through Leo's, Faust's, and even Sin Kiske's combos today. But I also end up starting Slayer's as well, and you will see exactly why no Slayer player uses any other character...

Slayer doesn't need combos in the traditional sense. If you think of him as a practitioner of Shotokan Karate and simply respond to the opponent's opening volley he hits like a truck. I mostly see people playing him rushdown style but I find he is more successful as a reactionary. The way he pulls back before a dash punch is delicious.

I tought i had it rough with my AC+R links but that trial 9 is so fucking insane that it is harder compared to some of the 1 frame links in plus R.

I play I-no in +R and I can tell you, it's not that bad if you're the type to grind out execution like I do

5P 5K into mappa does way more damage than it needs to so I just use that most of the time
I must say I kind of dislike this format where there are multiple characters in one video. I like to see one video per character, it gives more order to the whole

Man these are sick ideas, but the way they're cut together irritate the hell out of me. We don't get to see every trial, we don't know how many tries or how long any given trial took, if kizzie said anything important about why a trial is difficult (i.e. a specific part requires a delay, which is pretty common) it's sometimes just a complete mystery to us. These moreso feel like ads for the VOD then they do highlights of the stream itself. Even one of these becoming a focus would greatly improve the overall quality of the video, I think.
