Hey Mike, I would love to see a scatterplot of 2020-2022 appreciation with current price cut percentages. As you go through a lot of this, I keep seeing the same southern/relo-heavy cities that were frothiest the past 24 months taking the most severe price cuts. This would be interesting to see if my hunch was accurate.

Indiana has the best rentals in 🇺🇸. I’m averaging >$2K rent per $100K.
