Anyone can give a formulaic answer, but do you understand what the manifestation of God or His footsteps means?
GOD'S APPEARANCE REFERES to His COMING to EARTH to do His WORK PERSONALLY. ☀️
BRINGING His OWN IDENTITY and DISPOSITION and in HIM'S NATURAL METHOD, He COMES DOWN to HUMANITY to FULFILL the WORK of STARTING an AGE and ENDING an AGE. 🙏

And secondly, I have been filled with the Holy ghost, and have you spoken tounges ? Not once did you mention that we come to Jesus Christ primarily for the forgiveness of our sins and saving us from hell and death.
Any person who has truly trusted in Jesus Christ has received the holy spirit already. Romans 8:9-11 "Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ he is none of his".
The word tells us that the Holy spirit ALWAYS points us to Jesus Christ, not to the spirit himself. We are not to seek after the holy spirit, or "experiences".
Look at the charismatic Church (contemporary church movement), seeking after tongues, visions, dreams, and "heavenly experiences", and where that has led false teachers like Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Todd White, and others

I've prayed about this extensively and I believe God has revealed the truth of it to me. God sees the heart. The Holy Spirit is for the obedient. Acts 5:32 says it and especially John 14 says it. If we love Jesus, we will keep his commands AND THEN Jesus will come and make his home IN US.
God will not empower someone who is not going to use it for the kingdom. Why would God empower someone who is unwilling to be obedient and do the work God calls him to do?

Thhe Holy Spirit is recieved as the result of the Holy Spirit baptism. To be baptized in the Holy Spirit is to be filled to overflowing.
I was aware of the Spirits' presence near me and filled with the Spirit before i ever recieved the Holy Spirit.
After repentance and water baptism, in the name of Jesus Christ, one must fervently pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit until God anwers their prayer and fills them( you will know when it happens).
Then we must yield the one part of us that we cannot" tame", our tongue, until the filling overflows signified by our speaking in tongues.
Speaking in tongues is the only initial evidence given that a believer has recieved the Holy Spirit when they recieve( Acts ch.2,10, and 19).
At that monent the Spirit unites with our spirit. We have now recieved the Holy Spirit.
There are only three instances in scripture to where we are told of believers recieving the Holy Spirit and what happened the moment that they recieved. In each instance, the first thing that happened was that they spoke in " tongues"( Acts ch 2,10,and ch.19)
The Word " tongues" is only pluralized in scripture because more than one believer at a time is speaking this language, which is a spiritual language.
Paul calls it a " tongue" that no man knows.."( 1Cor.14:2).
If no man knows it, then its not a language native to this world. Paul says that when he prays in this language,". my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.."( 1Cor.14:14). In other words, he says that it is his spirit praying a language he doesn't understand.
Unless a believer speaks in this language upon recieving the Holy Spirit, they have no scriptural backing that they have recieved the Holy Spirit yet.
People ask me "Why does God hate me?" and I usually tell them not to feel alone, God hates everybody, look at his history and be thankful that you weren't among the multitudes of innocent people he's murdered and tortured in the past.
This usually makes them feel better, then I explain to them that God has some extreme mental problems that would be treated with powerful drugs and incarceration if he was on Earth, the best way to deal with God's hate and anger issues is to keep a low profile, don't do anything that may bring yourself to his attention, but if you feel this will restrict or hamper your lifestyle it's best to gather a few allies, enemies of God such as Satan, Lord Ahriman, Baal, Moloch etc and this will afford you protection from this wrathful God, your life will improve, no more praying and groveling to a monster who may smite you at the smallest provocation.
You can begin to enjoy a life of hedonism, depravity and debauchery without feeling guilty, your new friends will help you by giving guidance and introducing you to like minded people. As the saying goes, "This is the first day of the rest of your life" have fun. Blessed be.

Paul speaks about a tongue that NO MAN can interpret because it's personal and they speaking ONLY to God.

There's nothing that you can do to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. It happened to me in the middle of a suicide attempt, AND I WAS AN ATHEIST !!! It's a work TOTALLY of God, we have NOTHING to do with it. How much did you contribute to your physical birth?.......

This is false teaching. The Holy Spirit is not part of the trinity. Trinity is a lie. When the Bible refers to
the Holy Spirit, it refers to the Spirit of the Father and Son.
And you can ONLY receive His Spirit in your obedience to His Word!
Act 5:32 “And we are His witnesses to these matters, and so also is the Set-apart Spirit whom Elohim has given to those who obey Him.”
And this Spirit is the Spirit of the Father AND Son! If you LOVE Him and OBEY His Word then ...

This message is false teaching. Tongues are languages in scripture. No one today receives the gift of speaking in another language today. They did at the time of Pentecost for the purpose of spreading the good news of Christ. The other thing is no one is baptized with the Holy Spirit anymore. The baptism of the Holy Spirit came for those who were baptized by the teaching of John the Baptist. They didn’t receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit until after Christ was crucified. The only way to receive the Holy Spirit is by baptism. Acts 2. So much false teaching on this.
