You know, the new routine had so much potential ... Michelle definitely had the artistic portion of the choreography down, she needed to add in a little more “aggressive” edges and just a tad more speed and she would have nailed it

This would've been her Olympic short program in Torino. Watch Slutskaya's, very similar.

Is there a LP from this event?

@fjn219 Michelle would have had to upgrade all her elements from the 2005 Worlds and skate cleanly with 6 triples in the long to even have a chance at gold and a good chance at silver over Cohen and Slutskaya. That seems alot to ask. And her overall skating and the impact of his program would have had to come a long way from what it was here as well to be competitive with those 3 even with their mistakes.

This music arrangement is a little better than Irina's. However, there is still a long way to go in the spins.
It was such a pity that Michelle withdrawed from the Oly. Due to the performances that the skaters gave in the Oly (including Sasha, Irina, even Shizuka), there was a good chance for michelle to win the gold.

fjn219 I literally said the SAME thing! All she needed was a simple 3-3 combination ... a triple toe triple toe
