I followed all the instructions on configuring the device but the BioTime won't detect the device. I tried different ports but still the same. I thought of the SetParam.exe you used to change the Access Tule type=0. My device is SpeedFace-V5L. By the way, thanks for your reply. I appreciate it very much.

Biotime 8.0 is very old why dont you use the Biotime 8.5?

What was the version right now of the biotime software that you are using?
