Very elegant for a Lamy !! I used to love those Rhodia goal books , I always preferred softcover notebooks . They’re not great for fountain pens , but still great for journaling and planning .
@@SouthShorePaper Thanks! Elegant is a nice way to describe it. It will be interesting to see how the Rhodia works…it may be sort of a RUclips planner like I once did with a stalogy. 🤔
Nice video. I also got the October Mystery Dip, and it was my fifth one purchased. Me, personally, I didn't care for the metal grip section and found a rubberized version that I bought from Vanness Pens. It's an easy replacement. I think the next thing I may change on mine is the nib. Mine also came with a Medium which is the one size I usually avoid.
@@zeus52452 Thank you… that’s very interesting to know. I think I’d like to try the rubberized grip. What other pens have you received in the Mystery Dip boxes?
@@gailsbookishthings5191 The other pens - a Goldspot exclusive: Benu Talisman Royal Flush, Laban Gloria in blue sapphire guilloche, Magna Carta Denima, and a Retro 51 Silver Linings fountain pen.
Looks like a nice pen! Thanks for sharing.
That is a nice journal. My son loves Lamy pens-I’ve not been a fan-too plain looking for me. This brown one is nice tho.

If you push the cap hard on the back end it will click and lock there for posting.
@@peggylove1 Thank you.😊
I always have to think twice about which end goes in towards the nib. 😄
Hi Gail thanks for the video 💜
@@Shelley-nl8ct Thanks for watching!

The big Lamy box confused me for a moment when I opened mine. This was my fourth one, my favorite was the April box that had an Esterbrook pen.
@@blondescales1 nice! Which color Esterbrook did you get?
@gailsbookishthings5191 Esterbrook JR Paradise - Beleza.
