you have to start from Story 1 once you register the car. Discards or FT tickets CANNOT be applied to that car

@@AngeloMattAmano The car was confirm to be release in WMMT6RR+ and allow to choose to play with, mean you can use a fully tuned cars in race 1(If you had Fully Tune Ticket).

If its the meter that appeared in this video, that’s the stock meter for the M4.
If you are after the scarlet meter, you need to get all colors of the m4 (which needs to be that exact event. Whether or not you have obtained any color, the rewards from the previous event (2022/7/14-2022/8/14) has no effect.)
