After watching SnabbChris's "[Former WR] Speedrun Civilization 4 : Earth18Civs% - 38:07 (Cultural victory)" I wanted to make a try, and so I made this speedrun just for fun. I am not a strong player and I made several mistakes, but here's my try :)
Maybe next time I'll try the same scenario.
