Respected sir, I am writing this to you to inform you about the inconvenience I am facing in doing classes in your lab application. There is basically two reasons for the inconvenience: 1st reason - the support team of your app isn't doing there job properly. Without providing with proper resolution they are closing the chat and marking it resolved. 2nd reason- I am not able to attend live classes due to technical issues. Actually I am not able to see Aman sir's class in the upcoming section. For which I created a doubt chat on the app. The support replied that the class is from 6:30 pm. I again replied that how am I going to join the class if I am not able to see the video preview. To which there is no response from your side. An eventually I missed my class. I would have sent you screenshot of the same but your app doesn't allow it. This is creating a sence of discomfort to my mental peace and my studies , to which I am dedicated to. Its my most humble request to you to kindly fix this problem as soon as possible. Because it has happened earlier, it happened now and if it continues to happen then it will be a matter of serious concern. I mean you have one thing to do right , and you don't care about it. Please look into the matter.
