- Welcome back to In this week's #BehindTheBraids vlog on Cute Girls Hairstyles! This is another great episode of vlogging in our family vlogs series! We love being a hairstyle, DIY hairstyle, and family vlogger channel and are glad you are watching with us today!
In this vlog episode you will see our twin daughter Bailey get asked to her high school Homecoming dance! She was so excited to do her homecoming makeup, homecoming hair, and find the perfect homecoming dress that she was going to attend her high school homecoming dance even if she didn't get asked by someone!
You will then follow us on our trip to Singapore for "Its a Girl Thing" LIVE, where we spoke with Lilly Singh from iiSuperwomanii, Claire from HeyClaire, and Zoe Sugg from Zoella, as well as some local talent and RUclipsrs from Singapore!
Before the Its a Girl Thing show we explored Singapore and tried some of the local cuisine like Durian, Pepper Crab, and Mangosteen. Kamri, Brooklyn and I enjoyed Chinatown and even tried some Mendi Henna!
We also enjoyed eating at the DC Comics SuperHero Cafe! Brooklyn food was inspired by the Green Lantern superhero, my food was inspired by Superhero Batman, and Shauns was inspired by Harly Quinn! Kamri thoroughly enjoyed her superhero Superman drink :)
Before the Its a Girl Thing Show began, I was super honored when Lilly Singh (aka iiSuperwomanii) asked me to braid her hair for the event! She is such a sweetheart, with a powerful message regarding #GirlLove. When Lilly asked me to do two Dutch braids in her hair, I was so honored to braid her long amazing hair into one of my favorite easy and simple hairstyles. She definitely could have done this braided hairstyle as a DIY hairstyle on herself, but it was fun to bond over the dutch braids and enjoy some time visiting about hairstyles!
Its a Girl Thing is a global event for young teen girls with speakers and entertainers performing and talking about inspiring, empowering, and uniting girls everywhere to accomplish their dreams. In this first ever event for IAGT, Brooklyn, Bailey, and Kamri were invited to share their experiences about being fearless. #BeFearless

I absolutely love this family!! Their spirit and love for each other is inspiring.
I truly understand why so many of you adore this family they are sweet and fun to watch but remember things are not always as they seem especially when the camera is off they are a normal family just like everyone else and they have issues just like everyone else. To read comments like oh we can't live without you, oh we love you so much, you guys are the luckiest family, I wish I could be in your family you get to go all over the place and do neat things. Yes when the camera is on they have a picture perfect family and we get to see all the trips they go on and all the super perfect school things and the boys going out of there way to invite the girls to homecoming but let me ask you guys this if the camera had not been on would those boys have gone to that extreme to ask them to homecoming? To all of you guys commenting about how perfect they are and how lucky they are "You guys are the reason they are where they are you put them on the map they wouldn't have any of it without you guys it's because you are all loyal subscribers is why they are invited to #Girl thing in Singapore and Disney World and Hawaii and so on. So you guys shouldn't sale yourselves short each of you are a piece of their success and without your pieces they wouldn't be who they are now yes they get all the fun stuff and trips and VIP treatment but if all of you stop supporting them and the sponsorships pulled away they would just be the normal family they use to be. So each of you may not have all the glitz and glam they do but you are still important people and you are just as special as each of them so please don't slam me for making this comment but I just want you guys to know that you are more important and special because you are the ones that put them on top.
