    Satisfied living in the City of Baltimore, nobody notices potential disasters for the bridge. Many large containers cargo ship passing by no Safeguard is likely a toothpick vulnerable, for the large vessel, corruption I see.

    Rip,i think it was just equipment failure it happens sometimes,the ship would not have left the port if they were problems,it happened so quickly

    They never let a tragedy go to die do they? Just weaponize it against the taxpayers. Every penny must be returned to us from that shipping company and their insurance companies.

      Here's an idea people stop complaining about inflation, we can bring jobs back because the prices gonna go WAY up even more if we do as we now paying McDonald workers $20 an hour (While iPhone workers in China make $5 an hour)

      Every fucking steps on how to remove the pieces of the broken bridge from the boat before moving to make the prices and inflation go down to the lowest and it will take years and years to rebuild the new bridge In Baltimore it takes time after time also to take out the broken bridge pieces

    poor preventive maintenance on ship crews bare not properly trained in engineering machineries that would not be happening on strictly man engine room

  • @uilnosaj

    Ship built in Korea, captain is from Ukraine, the crews are from India. The ship was running on high sulfur gas mandated by EPA, which usually chokes out the ship engine. Who is at fault here? P.S. the pilot was from B-more to take the ship to the coastline.

    • @williamforsyth6667

      " high sulfur gas mandated by EPA" "captain is from Ukraine"
      Two equally nonsense claims.

    • @williamlloyd3769
      @williamlloyd3769 Месяц назад +5

      Crew is all from India, Ukrainian captain was in command in 2019. Low suffer fuel oil has been the “international” worldwide standard for over two years. It’s been a US standard for ships and tugs home ported in USA for years. It was more of a matter of availability and cost than of performance.

    • @uilnosaj
      @uilnosaj Месяц назад

      @@williamlloyd3769 Will if you try it, you will know, when the normal gas mixes with the high sulfur gas, there is a moment of engine choking, not all the time, you will fell it in the helm. It creates a sputter effect. In extreme cases, the engine will shut off, look at the smoke stake, it puffed out black smoke, it could be back up generators, not sure so far.

    I'm calling BS on price increases due to this temporary port closure. Supply chain disruptions have been researched extensively and proven unrelated to price increases.

    So when the big got stuck between broken bridges pieces the prices goes higher and that the reason why the bridge collapsed and after taking the bridge pieces off the boat it will take years and years to rebuild the bridge In Baltimore while making sure prices goes down even lower plus that caused the supply chain issues to go on again before prices can go down again and inflations too

    If I live in the City of Baltimore and noticed the weakness of the bridge I will talk to mayor, mayor we need to upgrade our bridge and install the safety measures and Safeguard since this is major hub we have profitable revenue let's not wait for disaster, why they waited for disaster to happening, that's why I see big corruption and greedy now you have no option just fix that big damage pay for those affected businesses and includes.

      Your state government is flat broke. They pay lifetime pensions to retired workers. It's all going to pay the pension funds. Cops firefighters Teachers municipal workers judges politicians sanitation workers mayor and governor. That's why they didn't want to fix the bridge. They all just want their lifetime pensions. And that's why they use non Union scab immigrants from foreign countries for cheap labor for bridge repair and maintenance.
