Well as per me yes as the taste gets balanced as tomatoes and curd may make the gravy a bit sour so to balance it u need to add...but if u are adding 4-5tbsp ketchup instead of 1 -2 tbsp then do not add sugar...the purpose is to balance the taste .💐
