- Jingliu is already amazing even when partially built! I cannot wait to test a fully maxed out Jingliu, and her true potential! This character is S tier for sure, and I would recommend anyone get her if they have the spare stellar jade!

Her and Blade absolutely destroy everything together they got amazing synergy, just slap the best healer you got (preferably Luocha) and whatever support you have and you're golden.
Never understood pairing her with blade when you can use Bronya instead and basically have 2 Jinglius.

@@Zeberaibecause you get a massive amount of free turns and heals from Blade for free. Blade boosts her damage as well due to the high HP. You can use Bronya on the other team. Using Pela as a debuffer boosts both and it’s SP neutral just with those three. Your healer/preservation can be completely self sustaining.

She’s my favorite female character and blade is my favorite male character, I love that you can use the two together

I know she has a reputation for being "expensive" because of her team partners, but in and of herself, Jingliu is oddly new-player friendly because her gameplay just hands you everything on a silver platter.
You build up stacks, and then she gets free crit rate, stops expending skill points, and deals splash damage. Right off the bat that negates, or greatly mitigates, three of the main "challenges" of HSR's gameplay: relic farming for stats, skill point management, and enemy prioritization. If you use her technique, then not only does she build stacks faster, but she also freezes the enemy (even bosses and non-ice-weak enemies). Again, the game's a whole lot easier if you can just skip your enemy's first turn.
And then, if you're a more experienced player, then a deeper dive into Jingliu's kit only reveals more strength. Case in point, all that turn-cutting/energy management Mtashed did in this video to prolong Jingliu's Transmigration state to both maintain her personal damage and maximize the buffs from her supports.
I agree. I think she is crazy flexable with her teams. I use her with Tingyun, Trailblazer, and Natasha currently and she absolutely smacks. I did a bit of testing with her and I even did Jingliu, Welt, March 7th and Trailblazer and I just destroyed everything. Im currently Trailblaze level 31 and can clear everything no sweat.
I can 2nd this as I started the game when she first came out. Got her early, I think like in 30 pulls? And she has been a force for me and I sadly don't have many characters atm eather so she has really helped a lot.
I love everything about Jingliu! From her voice, design, and gameplay! Even though i just put some random relics on her she still hits like a truck! She was the first 5 star that made me get her signature LC, i'm also planning on getting her E1 because she's just that good!

@@valk5041 So you are the one who stole all the luck. I got Clara instead of her on the 50/50. I was so happy to see destruction 5* but then it was Clara. I did get Jingliu eventually but didn't even get a single Qingque as well. Thankfully I got some tingyuns otherwise I would probably never pull again.

I was so embarrassed when my unbuilt Jing Liu was doing similar damage to my built Seele 😭 got to get back on the grind and work on my Seele substats FR 😭😭

I put my seele gear on her and ohh goodness, she has 45% crit rate / 273% crit damage. Then she gets the other 50% crit rate from her traces. Soo 95% crit rate / 273% crit damage. Lol nuts.

Lost the 50/50 on the last banner & got Gepard. Didn't think there was a snowball's chance that I'd get Jingliu & pulled her with the 5 free tickets from the shop lol.
So, i pulled E0S1 for her, and run her with bronya as her only support, damage is still insane though, usually around 170k for enhanced skill, and some 240k per ult, regular skill does some 35k though, it's whatever

@@jellythewomanconsumer1590 I do buff my Jingliu though. Don't know the exact numbers, but it can get a lot better. Saw someone do 200k with skill. So it's possible.

Usually I don't go against what a TC says cause they clearly know a lot more than I do cause I'm just a stupid gamer but there's a few things I feel needs to be said about his advice on Jingliu. The first is pretty obvious, Jingliu isn't friendly for new players. She's strong sure, but keep in mind that for a while you don't have any healers and the first one that you get can do the job but will be taxing on them and most likely will offset the skill point usage of the team. I'm talking about the HP leeching when she's in her state here if I wasn't being clear.
Second, if you pay attention to the bits you can see, Jingliu often doesn't have Tingyun's buff on her because of her talent on moving forward 100%. Debuffers aren't affected by that talent so you can use SP less often. Of course the big offset with Tingyun is her battery role which can't be discounted but still explains why Mtashed was so often at 0 SP. One last thing, in swarm disaster you'll most likely run 2 sustains, definitely for Swarm 5 so you'll have to choose between defense shred or buffs.

I used my lv 80 Liu with full +0 relic to clear Swarm V with destruction path on auto. She's the best, I"m already ready for whatever Swarm IX and X are.

E1 with her LC, nuking everything. Even "boring" auto farm, is fun to watch.
And her skill economy is insane - 2x skill + ult and you have three free skill-attacks.
Its funny when I replaced my Seele for Jingliu and I'm now almost always in situation, when I dont know, what to do with too many unspended skill points. 🤣
With her and dan heng, i dont need any other character maybe a tank/healer like fu xuan or huo huo in case is a good option
i saved up 140 wishes for jingliu and i ended up getting e1 s1 and its safe to say I am incredibly satisfied with her. Her lightcone is nuts on her and my jingliu also does amazing single target damage because of the e1, its like the best of both worlds. 274% crit damage with no buffs, and 35 crit rate which becomes 85 crit in her state. I was satisfied with my Jing Yuan but I don't know how I can go back to him when Jingliu is ECLIPSING his damage with ease and she is so easy to build
I wanted a single tingyun and got Jingliu early at 40 pity, and i decided to use a few pulls on the weapon banner and sniped a back to back Bronya cone and then Jingliu signature in 30 pulls 😂. I didn’t even really want her but she really good can’t complain 🤷♂️ guess I know where MTashed’s luck went

Same, I also use her on Moles since my Aeon's on Dan Heng IL and my Secret Vow's on Blade. I have S4 of Moles anyways, which gives almost the same atk as the BP but can be stacked twice. She still does pretty good dmg.

my jingliu has her LC E0 and crit ratio 45/188 did 177k on E skill with tingyun buff only .....and did 131k on ult again with tingyun buff
I should save but i kinda wanted to tempt fate with her C1, 30 pulls in with only a 50/50, honestly i could go either way, win or lose 50/50 and be ok with it considering i pulled her light cone :)

My Ice Queen has all her Traces maxed out *except basic attack with S0 and pretty crap relics. BUT she's hitting for 50k before any buffs. She's arguably more powerful than DHIL

@user-tc7ky6wr9p I have a similar DHIL and he does not hit for 80k unbuffed so I don't know if you're in SU or something but that doesn't sound right. I'm talking about her skill in her buffed state not ult. With his SP usage its probably likely that he will fall off the top spot once HuoHuo comes out anyway.
@@playamusa he’s not falling off for a longggggggg time, the only way they could do that is by making someone do more damage than him with less skill points and I just don’t see them doing that. Jing lui is definitely good but nowhere near him. She’s more on blades lvl
@@mountaindew7701shes way above blade... my e1s1 jingliu deals upwards of 170k skill 230k ult using almost no skill points with only pela. While my e2s1 dan uses yukong and tingyun he deals 120k triple skillpoints and like 70k ult then 80k triple skill
My dan has 82 cr 160 cd jingliu has 39 cr 264 cd. Both are fully maxed out in traces.

Kinda curious. Who's better, DHIL or Jingliu? SP economy wise, Jingliu obviously, but damage wise? Coz I got DH, and still tempted to pull for her.
Grim just dropped a E0S1 comparative analysis video where he determined they rank incredibly even on MoC10. They cleared in the same amount of cycles, even against Yanqing (who has imaginary weakness and massive ice res). They both cleared first half in 0 cycles and second half in 1 cycle.
Pretty sure that stands jingliu top as she cleared Yanquing a ice resist boss in same turns where Dan will img weakness did the same

Now I have QQ E3 but she needs E4. Hard decision if I want to keep pulling or not. (Yes I got JingLui). Also got a E2 for support character on banner and no sampo which was nice but also sad since I don’t have him.
You don't need QQ on E4. She's plenty useful at E3. Besides, she'll come back in another banner sooner than you think. I didn't intend to get my QQ to E6 but I got her from E3 to E6 sniping for a Jing Liu (got her at 75 pity from a single pull after getting exactly e6 tingyun and QQ)
@@markmywords3817 she’s a lot better at Q4 but yeah. I don’t think I will be pulling anymore for her specially. Since she’s now a sub dps now I have Jing. Welt is also kinda another sub dps. So, kinda unsure of who to kick of my team as I need lynx for healing and then not sure if Ting or Pela would be necessary/don’t want to keep building up lots of characters since I don’t have the most resources.
I kinda just interchange Ting with QQ depending if I need more damage or support
@@Final_spark_ I use QQ as a sub dps too since she mostly coasts in the background drawing tiles and SP. Unless you need another DPS, I don't think you'll need her e4 then.
Tingyun is almost always in one of my teams. I use Welt as a main DPS but I think I'm going to sub him out for a Pela since I now have to raise Jing Liu and build a team around her.
Now all we need is probably an ice healer so that we can build an all ice monoteam ❄️❄️❄️ that would be a COOL thing to build 😄
@@markmywords3817 like I understand why to use Ting. But it’s more like I feel like because my welt is more build, does damage and has slow capabilities, he’s more of my priority. Plus he’s my first and was my only 5 star so I think that’s another reason why I want to keep him. I will maybe mess around with QQ, ting and pela. Only thing is QQ is level 50 as she was my main dps for a while. So he’s just a higher level than the other two support units atm.
I got LUCKY today. Out of 42 pulls, I got Jingliu, Bailu, Qinque, and Bronya's light cone, a bunch of other stuff too but Jingliu is all I cared about. (Yes, I'm new)

I'm not satisfied with her. I don't have her LC, and I personally believe there's a severe lack of good destruction light cones, especially when I already have fall of an aeon on dan heng. I have her with bronya, silver wolf, and luocha, and her damage is just pitiful. Especially when dan heng just nukes everything, even enemies not weak to imaginary, and she just tickles enemies even when they're weak to ice.

What i dislike about HSr is the same with genshin, and thats everything is gathered around going crit dmg and rate...., i wonder what if you instead of crits, that u try to go for her talent being constant, going for energy regen so that her ultimate actually is filled rather quick, so she never exists her state?

havent pulled her yet, but i would love to try that route, since she gets a stack back from her ultimate, thingyun may be also good choice that way
ER is too low dmg output instead of att.And support can help her get ult so why get more.There is diminishing returns.
