Great video!! I have not heard of #5 before, but shadowing a manager is a great tip.

I sadly had to leave Chem E, there just isn’t any reliable work out there. I went back to school for nursing and the money has been a lot better, same stress level though, hopefully it’ll be better after CRNA school. Tbh I wish I would have picked a different major or Atleast a different engineering discipline. Chem E is bust.

Good morning. I have a very important question to ask you. I have been in the logistics and transportation industry for over 20 years and had an epiphany that is directing me to change who I was into what I want to become.
I have an AS And mobile development and a BS as a supply chain manager.
I’m very fond of industrial engineering and I’m torn between obtaining my MSEM and MSSM.
I would love to take any advice you can give

Charles good question, we recommending finding a few people that have success in the field you are interested and asking them which degree, if either, would yield more opportunities. We hope this is helpful.

As a civil engineer, what should I do to become an engineering manager? should I do MSc as a construction Project manager or MBA?

It depends on what role you ultimately want and how much of the business side of engineering you want to be in?

Hey, I would like to ask you, is it worth it to study engineering management in bachelor's degree? I'm doing it but I don't know if it is a good idea!!

Good question. This would depend on what you want to do in your career. If you want to go into management earlier on in your career then it will probably be a good route.

@@EngineeringManagement I hear it’s easy for those who get this degree to get another engineering job to get the 5 years experience most engineering management jobs ask for. It’s my understanding that engineering management degrees are still engineering degrees with more business courses involved as well. What do you think?

Try to find out exactly what the company needs and tell them how you can provide it. Do research online.
