A total of 3,173 Nigerian-trained nurses and midwives were licensed to practise in the United Kingdom in one year,

There are more than enough nurses in Nigeria. The government is not ready to employ them. It seems you don't know how much students nurses are paying now, no government is subsidizing the school fees.
