That's how they filter and pick the best candidate. For those who didn't make it even after giving their best, don't feel disheartened. You possess all the capabilities required for the job role, yet they may choose someone more better than you. Remember, this doesn't diminish your worth or competence. If possible, seek feedback and keep grinding hard.
Salary as mentioned on website 4.5 LPA. Regarding the final round, it is all about your clarity of thought process and direction of your Life both past and future. Meaning what have you done and what are you looking for. It's a personalized round.

Hello, As far as I could sense, manager round is unpredictable. I can only tell you what were the questions asked to me. Soo they asked me to introduce myself. 2nd question was tell me something about your childhood. Soo prepare questions around yourself, your work experience, hobbies, your background, happy and sad moments, memorable moment in your life that taught you something. They check how spontaneously you can answer questions. Just be confident and fluent. All the best.
The camera is on.. The sample is soo big that you cannot get from where the questions are being asked. Even if you do get it, u have to explain in your own words.

Hii Rana, you can know about the policies on youtube. Watch any video and get an overview of the policy like is there any room rent limit or copayment clause etc. And then read the policy document provided to you.

I got the mail for task 1 within 2 days Task 1 : Task was to read and understand a few insurance terms (available on their website). I was given one day to fully understand them. In the interview I was asked to explain each of those terms. Then he asked a question involving basic percentage calculation. At the end of the call he said I got selected to task 2 round. Giving right answer to that math question would get you to the next round. Task 2 : I was given two policy documents and 2 days time to prepare. I was asked to compare those two - similarities and differences and conclude which was the better policy. I went through those policies, compared their benefits, took help of ditto's website to compare. In the interview I provided him with facts and figures to justify my conclusion. Gave proper answers to his questions. I was even asked to type in definitions in the chat box. Managerial round ; Nothing asked regarding insurance. Personal questions how would I manage this work with a kid at home, what would I do on weekends, my previous work experiences. Being calm and understanding the questions would really help us to clear this round. I hope this helps you.

Two policies should be read and understood, should give a conclusion of which was the better policy. Task 2 - He asked me to compare those two policies. Some mathematical questions were also given to be solved. My typing skill was also tested. It was easier since I understood those insurance terms used in those policy documents. I got selected for the managerial round. Managerial round - nothing asked regarding insurance. Very personalized questions which we could easily go through.
