To improve my listening nowadays I'm listening the same podcast Monday to Friday and writing down exactly what they are saying and doing shadowing too. O bought a mirror so can watching myself while I'm doing the shadowing. I've been learning around 52 British idioms but I confess I don't remember half of them because I don't use them so much lol. The podcast called The English we speak from BBC with Neil and Feifei is my favorite one.
