You can’t go wrong with the brussel sprouts, but a lot can go wrong with the roast. But if you follow this closely it’ll be delicious! -Mark

Should've cut inside the hind quarter and removed the lymph node before roasting. Lymph nodes contain stuff that you don't want to put in your body.
