A bunch of people seemed to really dig my last animatic and asked for more, so here's another! This one's a little shorter but it gave me a chance to feature Yasha, who was absent in the previous animatic, and a little more Caduceus and more Caduceus in your life is always a good thing.
Hope you all like this one too! I'm going to be spending a bit of time now working on some other projects but expect more videos later on, and likely more animatics down the line too. Thanks!!

I love that between the three exotic and usefull animals they bought that day, one of them being a strong fey creature, the stand out star of the animal companions is a PTSD ridden weasel
There is nothing special about him, except that he is red and cannot die, no matter how much he craves the sweet, sweet release of death.

Not enough people are appreciating Jester playing with a paddleball.
It's surprisingly hard to think of things for people to be doing in their downtime when there's no electricity... And I already had her writing in her journal at the start so I didn't want to just do that again... So... Paddleball 🤣 I'm glad you liked it, thanks for watching!!

I had a weasel and that sandwich part was an actual thing. He'd constantly steal my sandwichs
I was looking up pet weasels out of curiosity and you may be thinking of a ferret. because of the three (ferret, mink, weasel) only they are really suited to be pets. Weasels are bad tempered and minks require special training and habitats usually only found in zoos.
if you did mean weasel that's quite impressive and I hope you make a habit of caring for wild animals in your future.
@@ameteuraspirant Weasels arent that bad tempered if they are the only free-roaming animals in the house besides humans. They can be kept as pets in some places in europe, and in the UK and some US states with a licence.
@@ameteuraspirant Dude to be honest this weasel just showed up at my house one day. He wasn't feral at all he was tamed. I thought someone lost their pet weasel and I put out posters saying is this your weasel? It's been a year since I found him, His name is Ron Weasley.

Well in his defense, he was pretty into the part at the time and he's smart enough to know sometimes a persons pet defends themselves however they can.

Welcome to Critical Role fan-animatics my friend. If these give you an urge to watch the actual show (it is a D&D show improv'd by a lot of good voice actors) I would suggest starting on the second campaign (this scene comes from the second campaign)

Musteloids are not rodents- they hunt and kill rodents. The wolverine hunts and kills caribou and will chase Grizzlies and polar bears away from a kill.

@@GZilla311 headcanon is that sprinkle is just a long, tiny Tasmanian devil. (The character, not the animal) mostly because of the cuteness of it all mixed with the biting.

This honestly deserves more love than what it's got. With the sharper lines and accurate body proportions, your art-style and designs fits so well with CR (especially Jester, she is adorable and Nott's lovable too! :3). As much as I wanted to see a poof-ier Sprinkle (as Matt had described Sprinkle to resemble a fur collar around Jester's neck), that's easily overshadowed by how well you caught their expressions, followed the narrative and made a 3-MINUTE animatic of this high-quality, like holy sh*t! Overall, great work and I greatly look forward to how you interpret their adventures along the way!

Sprinkles' design is so hysterical to me & i cant articulate why, but I keep coming back to this video to laugh at it. You've captured such vivid personality derived from Matt's impression. All the designs are immaculate (Jesters expressions especially) but Sprinkle just has the perfect energy to him & it delights me.
