Empirical equations take in unitless ratios and output answers with units. Some of the constants present in the equation have units which have not been explicitly stated. Since the inputs are unitless, Mathcad naturally forces the output to be unitless. How do I force Mathcad to output say Joules?
I just did a video for PTC showing that. (Subscribe to the Mathcad channel.) Either multiply the entire matrix by the unit or apply a unit to each element.
@@CADPLMGuy Yes, but that doesn't answer my question. According to the theory, 1 Hz = 2π rad/s = 6.28 rad/s, but in Mathcad 1 Hz = 1 rad/s and I don't understand why. Hz ≠ rad/s
Thank you for your amazing video.
Thanks for watching!
Why the colors of unit do not change to blue color automatically like yours in my mathCad? Could you help please?
I want to use "$/pc" (dollar per piece). So how do you define "$" (money) and "pc" (piece)? It gives error.
Is it possible to display the units in brackets or square brackets?
No.

Make sure your variables have the appropriate units. Also make sure that your worksheet is set to SI.
How do you work when you have unitless formula.???
I don’t understand your question.
If I have the value of pz=85.64
Then how I round off this value to pz=90??
I cover that in my Engineering Calculations book. I’ll look it up after the Flyers game.

@@CADPLMGuy found it! Thank you so much for the reply and for all your videos!
How do you separate one solution from another?
I do not understand your question.
Really good video
Dear sir, how to print math cad prime to pdf.
Go to the Mathcad button in the upper left corner and select File > Print and choose the destination as Adobe PDF.
What version of Mathcad are you using here?..
Based on the publication date (February 2019), most likely Mathcad Prime 5.0.

Why in Mathcad Prime 1 Hz = 1 rad/s? The correct answer should be 1 Hz = 6.28 rad/s. Someone help me please? :(
1 Hz = 1/s

I recommend contacting PTC Tech Support. It's a better resource than the Comments section on a RUclips channel.
