  • Clemson entomologist Michael Caterino talks about a study he's leading that involves exploring the diversity of arthropods in the Appalachian Mountains. The scientists are studying arthropods at 22 of the highest points in the southern Appalachian Mountains. By documenting leaf-litter arthropods found, the scientists will be able to determine species diversity and uniqueness to highlight their role in ecosystem health.
