I never thought about adding a drawer to the pantry;what a great idea. You always think about adding baskets, but they can be a pain. I'm going to try that.
It looks great at the end, but... there was considerably less in the "after" pantry than in the "before", so of course it is going to look better. I have a VERY tiny galley kitchen with a pantry VERY similar to this one (only deeper). I removed the wide facing trim on the front of my shelves and replaced it with a narrow strip of trim that only just covers the edge of the shelf. Now there is no lost space behind the lip and I can slide in items that are as tall as the gap between the shelves. Also, I have a shallow shelf, above this pantry's top shelf, to store those things that rarely get used. The BEST part of this transformation is the set of door shelves. If you can fit them in; DO IT. They have been a fantastic addition to my pantry.
Woooooow it is so true that the door Space is a clever amount of space to gain!!!. And the pull out drawer?! I am just telling you that I just order a kitchen and I have no shelves...only pull out drawers... They are so comfortable.
Sorry about that, Mrs. Jones. We definitely still carry those shelving boards, so it must be an issue with the item number. We'll fix the link. In the meantime, this 16"-wide project board would work great: low.es/37BqyQv
Why take out perfectly good and durable wire pantry shelves to install an inferior much more labor intensive wood shelving system that then requires an edge treatment. ? She Forgot to mention the effort that it takes to remove the existing wire pantry shelving and then fill in all of the holes in the drywall with patching compound. I did like the idea of the clear organizers. And I like the idea of the wire door organizers which matched the prior wire pantry shelving perfectly before it was removed. Anyone that could accomplish this in just a couple hours is truly a magician. Oh that’s right I forgot the commercial was done by Lowes and they want to sell you products that you don’t need

In each shelf put a led strip, that takes power from the light on top. Also install a button that when you open the door, the led lights light up.
Wow muy buenos consejos!!! Un gran saludo desde La Paz- Bolivia-Sudamerica.
I love Monica, I don't even watch the other Lowe's videos if they don't have Monica, the others don't hold my interest.
