I was on the boat as second cameraman, these clips are made as a promotion for the W2 popvenue in 's-hertogenbosch. the footage for this clip is shot with 2 cameras and 1 mic, postproduction done by me. All people who helped making this video are volunteers at W2 popvenue. Just to give you some background info on the production of this video ;)

Also the tunnels provoide the perfect reverb in which to cocoon her gem of a voice ... Love the dripping water affect too. Even the natural elements pay homage to her .....

The attraction of the spider 0- besides being to Annelke of course is to the wispy bits of wire dangling from her guitar strings - with which to spin an extra sepcially strong web. Anneke has got me all tangled up in her web - no escaping it. Aaargh - don't crush me Anneke ....

Yes, it's a fact that you must have a mediasexy image to get both attention and support from your record company. And of course this was the case all ready with the Beatles and co. back in the day. But today it's more about your image and such. Not the art you present to the world. Beatles and co. also made fantastic, groundbreaking music. Today's well known artists are too often just selling their image to people. Clothes, style, whatever. The actual art is secondary.
