    First of all thank you for this content rich of evidence and supported by scientific facts. I do Skip breakfast and i didnt feel anything strange while i practice all my daily activities normally, just water, coffee and green tea till sunset😃

    I’ve never really been a breakfast person. I don’t usually feel hungry until later on in the day.

    Try eating a healthy breakfast at 12.00 instead of 07.00. Just delay the breakfast. It's also usually cheaper than eating lunch which is a bonus :)

    thank you for the explanation. I have skipped breakfast for about one year, it helps to reduce the weight but seemed it doesn't work any more. While all my friends said that skip breakfast will harm my body and also there is some research on internet reported about it. I am confused about the breakfast. But I think your explanation helps me to clear my mind and I will continue to skip the breakfast.

    Yes indeed. Love ya man. On sprees i eat alll food before 5 oclock. All in about 5 hor spree.

    I like this video because you tell us the benefits of taking and skip breakfast. While most people some of it Dr. in other videos always said don't skip breakfast.
    For me, I can do both. But I really feel weird and curious, when I take a breakfast and then around 11a.m. to 12p.m. I will be so hungry so, shaking and no energy to do work.
    BUT when I skip breakfast, I can hold until 2p.m. Of course I feel hungry too, but I still got the energy and not shaking at all.
