You have to apply at Embassy /Consulate directly for B-Category Bachelor Study Visa less than 90% and get in the waiting list. No body can provide appointment, no matter how much promising he sounds or how much money you can pay.
@@JustEaseIt but bhai VFS is not showing b category less than 90 on embassy or visa application center. Bhai, I have admission letter also.if I will not arrive before 15 oct then my letter will be cancelled automatically
