Noga, I encourage you to be mindful of hard objects such as tables and chairs behind your head as a base. I've seen flyers fall forward and hurt themselves. Outside of this, I love your video. It's is very beautifully shot and edited. The first entrance to throne is new to me and is, I believe, the easiest way I've seen demonstrated. Thank you. It is empowering to see a female not only base but teach others to base and I applaud you for taking the time to create and share the practice that you love. All the best to your success.
