Need help with this mission. So between counter attacks is when to storm the hill? I thought commander said to fend off all counter attacks before engaging hill, and I got messed up barely had any units left to attack.
ahh yes operation "watch the Rhine" in which the germans leapt forwards then abruptly stopped due to a lack of fuel, sacrificing precious armored vehicles in an stunningly wasteful display. This wasteful display was then doubled down on with Operation Bodenplatte, in which the Luftwaffe ran itself into the ground.
@@GeriatricBullFrog i'd argue nordwind was the triple down, as all 3 operations failed in their operations and ended up being a colossal waste of (by this point in the war) vehicles, manpower, supplies and fuel.

I'd argue that Nordwind was the double down, and that Bodenplatte was essentially part of the initial operation.
