    Stress less while laughing in the face of adversity! Laughter Yoga (no yoga mats) is the latest Global Fitness trend and wellness workout. Laughter Yoga was founded by a medical doctor, Dr Madan Kataria in India in 1995. These laughter exercises are playful and can be performed seated or standing up. This workshop will include: laughter yoga exercises, with intermittent deep breathing and in closing, a 5-minute meditation.
    Laughter Yoga has many health perks: reduces stress and anxiety, offers coping tools, may improve balance and coordination, encourages hope, connection, and positivity. Laughter Yoga is a mindset which moves beyond the exercises (which are used as tools) and engages the mind, body and spirit. It helps to build resilience and is a natural pain analgesic.
