I guess you are talking about a multi-user system, which makes it sort of an enterprise system. One way to think about it is setting user access at the database level. With that all setup, your users can use the credentials from the client side of things. Reach out if you would like to chat more.

Is there anyway to work with postgis data offline on qfield?
Yes, you can set up your Qfield for offline data collection. but one will have to go back to the office to synchronize the collected data.
