I was there the day this was filmed AND I made it into the video; too bad it was only my backside. Regardless, I had the Sake Glazed Sea Bass so this video was great to see; just wish I knew a little more about the sauce recipe ratio. @Patrick, feel free to share! From 2011 to 2017 I lived in Lakewood Ranch and frequented the restaurant, 90% of the time I'd get the Sake Glazed Sea Bass, it never disappoints. When I get the chance to go back to SRQ, it's ALWAYS on my list to visit (hence how I made it in the video). Great work!
