I've been called a hacker before when I used this gun, the AR160 is my go to weapon. No recoil, great range when tap firing, and the damage is great.

Bro gas tips on metro and locker = literally best pushing strat, if you pair it w the support APS system and get the final field score you can pull off major pushes!

@@Shappy make sure to select the aps field score class like you know how u can go combat medic or grenadier yeah it’s fun seeing them spam explosives but nothing happens but it does have a cool down so it’s not as broken
The Ar160 when it first came to BF4 was actually terrible. The recoil was god awful. I think a lot of people wrote off the gun and didn't realize it got patched later. Now this gun should be a staple in everyone's loadout.

This really works only on consoles since on PC it's far easier to control high rpm ARs and the ar160 will always lose in a 1v1 cqb and even long range due to the fact that you're not limited by the thumb sticks for recoil. If I recall correctly on console even the ump 9 is good due to its incredibly small recoil and first shot recoil which is the exact opposite on pc where high rpm pdws dominate.
I'd say the AR160 is viable for a skilled casual on PC (there are no bf4 comp players anymore right?) in a few edge scenarios. On large open maps with cover far apart (think golmud railway rush first mcoms), you could make an argument that it beats out the L85A2 and M416 (the two controllable-at-long-range ARs that people generally consider "viable") due to its increased controllability.
In general though, you're totally right. In addition, I think the existence of the AR160 makes all the other 700rpm and below ARs (except the Scar and bulldog, ofc) noncompetitive purely by comparison.

Guys, u really have to try the L85A2, it's accuracy and RPM are amazing at any distance, only downside is that it's from China Rising in case u don't have the dlc

Prior to using the AR160, the QBZ was the only other assault rifle I used (memorably, on the A/B flags on golmud 24/7 servers). With the AR160, I went from feeling pretty decent, to feeling like a god of combat (I remember first using it on Pearl Market).

@@Shappy I recognize the superiority of just about every other AR for sure, but the QBZ still has the most kills out of any other tool in my loadout. It's only followed by the CS-LR4 (best all-rounder sniper) and Phantom (gift of god) making my top 3 tools of destruction

I just started playing bf4 again and I love it
my favorite assault rifle is the Famas. I take a G18 as a pistol incase I run out of ammo.
a lot of people forget that the Famas can also fire in burst mode. this makes it good at medium range aswell.
I take smoke grenades aswell of course.
I need to start using smoke grenades more tbh. Very underrated

Bf4 is feeling better than ever nowadays
A month and a half ago I started with Battlefield 4, I love it is my main game. How much field of vision do you have by the way? that is seen in the video settings in Battlefield 4 I had it by default, which I think is 55, raise it to 80 or more and you will see how it changes, it looks much faster and you have a better jump and stuff, greetings from Argentina
Thanks for watching bro. This is console bf4 so it's on the default fov (you can't change it on console unfortunately). Other battlefield games on pc tho I usually go between 80-90 fov. Hope that helps

Bulldog is damn good. That damage just slices everyone. No wonder it has 20 round mag, otherwise it totally OP. But still with 20 can do lots of dirty work

Why the heck do people use the ar160. The dam cz 805 has allmost the same stats but even better. Just check it out
I think people just like the faster reload of the ar160. Simpler to use
BRUH, the AR-160 is better than CZ-805 STUPIDLY in all moments:
- AR-160 bullet velocity faster(650 m/s vs 620 m/s)
- AR-160 tactical/full reload speed faster(2/3s vs 2.65/3.4s)
- AR-160 has MUCH lower first shot recoil(1.6x vs 2.1x)
So, unfortunately, the CZ-805 has no positive sides, unlike the AR-160, except for recoil, but this is an extremely subjective moment, which is not as important as the listed characteristics(recoil can be skillfully controlled, but no modules or skill will make the muzzle velocity faster or the reload speed faster. So, that's why 90% people prefer AR-160 or AUG among 700 rpm rifles.
