Its a poor choice made to access tickets. I attended my first show since the change. You have to stay signed in and active on the website until your tix are scanned. Battery burner. Once my tickets were scanned, I screen shot the 1st and last of 4...I didn’t have a lot of space on my phone. I had to show them again to get wrist bands so I had to fumble around to find the sign in again to access the site. Not very practical and frustrating when you have people behind you waiting.
Hi there, the Ticket Omaha app was phased out June 30. True Tickets is not an app, it's web based, you simply login at wallet.ticketomaha.com with the same credentials used to purchase your tickets.
What if you do not have a smartphone or access to WiFi to get your tickets at showtime?

Ticket Omaha app does not work. Tried to access True Tickets but the app does not appear in the app store.
