This is Fantastic. I learned something great from this interview. I'm Ethiopian. And, I never knew that there is actually such influential armenian community in Ethiopia. The first royal orchestra band of Ethiopia is armenians. That's fascinating.
Dear Ben Ethiopia, Thank you for your comment. I think you jump on the trigger with out trying to know. I am proud Ethiopian, if you met my kids they will speak to you with pure Amharic while they born abroad and they are proud Ethio kids with a knowledge of their history. The same time I have Armenian blood and nothing wrong to find out more about your root. If you are talking about colour, I am colour blind. I know a person as a person not as black or white. You must be proud as who you are and you don't need any one's approval or acceptance. If you want to contact me I am more than happy to reply back to you. Have a great life. Dawit
Thank you Dawit! "I'm a color blind" So impressive and wonderful. I hope and is eager to visit the beautiful Armenia and innocent Armenians! I have only a language difficulty, I have tried my best to learn on line, but still I need a guidance.
Armenia and Ethiopia are true brethren in the blood of Jesus Christ and through the holy intervention of Our holy mother, the virgin St.Mary will be revived, fyi the queen of St Naqutoleab who was the son of King Lalibela was an armenian. LOVE FROM ETHIOPIA.
THESURAFELB you heathen worshippers, Mary Was FARR from holy. She was still a fallen human And just a vessel in which the Son of God was to be incubated
our Armenian and Ethiopian connection it go back more than 3000 years not just yesterday specially with AMHARA people we even share DNA.EVEN THE NAME AMHARA has a root with arman .
I am one of the descendant of the early Armenians who came to Ethiopia and granted the King Menelik permission to live there. As far as I know my grand father called Arshak Estifanos Kebork. if you know any linked history I am interested to know. Be blessed 24/7
You are right it's Kevork not Kebork, please let me know if you know more. The only child of Arshak (my uncle) Yakob Arshak passed away before last month. I was hoping to meet him and ask more about and now my hope is vanished.
Dave, you funny. Are you claiming your grand grand grand father. shit, are you trying to be a white man or what ? who are you trying to meet? Shame on you! of course I know Ethiopians believe in white people. How money times you bend from your back and greet a white tourist when they come home. you know it. But nobody give a shit about you.
