The beginning reminds me of Beethoven Pathetique Sonata 1st movement, Did you take a bit of inspiration from it?

You're right, I did write this with much of Beethoven in mind, so maybe a bit of the Pathetique slipped in there. Thank you for listening, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
