I love that this has the appearance of an easy cozy game but hides a mid weight game under the hood. That and the Media Expansion that adds a bunch of fun YT content creators and their doggos, is a fantastic little touch. This is definitely on my wish list to get when I am able!
It’s so unique that as the rest occurs you lose the quantity of actions is a beautiful exchange for quality of the actions. Art work is great, the verity of people you are trying to serve, and the theme are great. Thanks for the review!
Wow! Great video, Kimberly - and what a generous and fun offer! Thank you! I’ve been pouring over this one lately. The aesthetics grabbed me right away, but a good-looking game isn’t automatically a great one, so I’ve been learning more about it - and I am really intrigued! I love the jar scoring system, the “beefing up” of your actions, the massive number of cards, and the simplicity of the rules. It seems to me that the beautiful look of the game will only be enhanced by the gameplay. Excited to try it! Thanks for your video!
Thank you for the opportunity to enter to win! Wild Gardens just looks beautiful on the table, and everything I've seen about it makes it seem like this one really threads that needle of being approachable enough for non-gamers like my wife, while also having a good amount of strategy for gamers to sink their teeth into! That being said, I'm also thrilled that it comes with solo scenarios so that I can play solo if my wife isn't in the mood for a game! We both really enjoyed their previous release, Keystone North America, but some nights I was more interested in a game than she was, so I would bust out the super interesting scenario booklet that came with that game. I'm confident that this one will have a similar quality!
Thanks for offering the game for free. I like the foraging part and the cooking part. It's something that I'm attracted to, on mobile games. The borrowing and returning of the books at library and the engine buidling part is also interesting. There are many parts to take care of. The pawn to give up every day makes the game challenging. I appreciate the two different maps of paths, with different features of route taking. The illustration of the dishes is just gorgeous.
Off lately nature themed games are my current go to. Nature, plants, animals, herbs, trees, gardens etc are a must have in my collection. And having played Morels(fungi) 2 player, this game reminscences that and more. I love the amazing earthly art, foraging, recipes, library (seriously love it), guest cards, the location cards(wish they had more of these) , the lore behind it. Deck building And the number of expansions that are readily available based on what you like, can be modularly added. And this game is seriously a labor of love without doubt, i can feel the warmth, coziness, hosptality and nostalgia of our own intimate events we may have had with our friends and family back in the farm. There is a huge potential in the game system to evolve further. Excited to see where it takes in future. Assymetric player powers, campaign style path exploration and so on. Cant Wait to try this out.
Hello! Thank you for the video and sharing the details of the game. Wild Gardens looks like a great game! I think the expansions in form of seed packets is very clever and just makes the theme even more fun. I think the guest cards are also one of my favorite parts about the game. Thank you for the opportunity for the giveaway.
I love the point tracking board-flowers! Plants! Yes, please! The main board, with the meandering paths, reminds me of my own garden. And I love reading, so those little books are the cherry on top.
Hi Kim😊 Honestly the first thing that always draws me to a game is beautiful components and artwork. I love the people cards with cute animals and all the flowers just give off cheerful happy vibes. Gameplay looks fun too! Thanks for the giveaway and review.
This game looks so beautiful!! Is hard to pick only one thing that excites me about it. I’m really in love with the foraging to cooking mechanic, that you don’t only forage but then get to turn what you foraged into goodies. I’m also so excited for the solo mode, a game like this is so soothing solo. Thanks for hosting this giveaway!!
I love the art in this game. It’s so beautiful. That’s the first thing that drew me in. The interesting action selection mixed with rondel and recipe fulfillment looks like such a fun combination. I really hope to be able to try the game out someday. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!
Thank you so much for introducing me to this game, you did an amazing job at explaining and a subbed :) I absolutely love the production quality and aesthetics of this game, so cozy! I also love cooking and love the idea of making recipes! The scoring is also super cool with the jars. :D
I have been eyeing this game but it's so expensive secondhand for all those components. It's hard to chose what I like most. The theme really speaks to me, the components really look top notch, and the point collection is such a neat mechanic. I love the idea of foraging on the board to serve others. Looks like a great game. Great video!
This game looks and sounds amazing! Not sure how I missed this one when it came to crowdfunding? It has some elements of familiar gameplay and mechanics, but takes it in a little different direction. I love the way it balances out giving you more turns at the beginning with less action abilities, and as you go along you lose turns in the rounds but gain additional actions. Thanks for the opportunity to win this really cool looking game! 🎉
Thanks for the overview and giveaway!! I had my eye on this game for a while, the art is just beautiful and I generally enjoy food themed games. Feels like the game might also have a fun and immersive solo mode.
I had not heard of this one, but I love the theme! It looks like a game my non-gaming mother would absolutely love to play with me, so I will definitely keep an eye out for a copy in the future. Thank you for the coverage!
Theme and art! But really just everything since it's right up my alley! I missed crowdfunding due to when we got into the hobby so I have been waiting for this release!! The wait has been well worth it seeing this video❤
What a great review of such a wonderful looking game. Husband and I have always appreciated when developers put love and effort into theme and components! This game seems to be no exception. Without a doubt would love the chance to play this for ourselves and really delve into its mechanics. Love the review and thanks for this chance.
I love how this game looks like a much more in depth version of Maple Valley, a game I also love very much. The scoring system is quite unique and the pieces are quality to match. Everything about this looks like a blast and another way to potentially help get my wife more into the hobby. Over all a delightful cozy but competitive game looks like a perfect addition to my collection. Even if I don't win, thank you for sharing this gem! Love the content, keep it up! 😁
Ah Tree Bark, let me count the ways...1, 2........3. Okay: Cinnamon, easy number 1. Number 2, Yellow Birch (if you're a bit north in the contiguous U.S.), the twig bark is minty. Number 3, a decade or two ago I read that the inner bark of poplar is edible for survival food...but my gnawing experiments only proved it tastes like crap. I washed my mouth out with a yellow birch/cinnamon rinse. So 3 ways, and you need the first two tree barks to rinse out the third. Sadly, I can't join in for the prize as my tree gnawing has taken me out of the continguous States into the uncharted, incontiguous forests of the north. With internet connection.

This game is nostalgia for me. My parents are chefs and I grew up in a kitchen. Looks charmingly delightful!
It’s so unique that as the rest occurs you lose the quantity of actions is a beautiful exchange for quality of the actions. Art work is great, the verity of people you are trying to serve, and the theme are great. Thanks for the review!
Hi Kimberly. Wild Gardens has great production. I like the mechanic of being able to add/mix different types of actions (forage and cook).
Wow! Great video, Kimberly - and what a generous and fun offer! Thank you!

I agree, the rondel looks great, and holy cow this is a beautiful game!! Thank you for the opportunity!!
Thanks for the chance!
The super quality components for this look amazing! I think my wife would absolutely adore how just darn pretty it is haha.
Hi Kimberly. The theme and art of this game looks amazing. And those seed-like expansion packets is pretty creative. Nice job covering it!

I really like how disarming the art is for the apparent complexity.
I also like a nice tree bark snack on occasion. 🙃

The art and color scheme look amazing! I really like how thematic the rondel system is to the foraging theme.
I like how beautiful it is just to look at. Gazing at it just brings sunshine and happiness inside.

This game is so pretty and love all the upgraded components! I can never pass up a rondel! So excited for this game 🎉
The art and production of this game look great!
This game looks brilliant. The artwork and theme have us very interested. Thanks for the opportunity.
The artwork (especially the food) looks so amazing (and delicious)! Also, looks like a great relaxing game.

Lots of choices on how to score & so beautiful. From an avid gardener & gamer inn Portland Oregon 🍀🌱🌿
Great video and for the opportunity to win this game. I really enjoy Rondel games and looks like an enjoyable experience.

The game looks amazingly beautiful! Gameplay is interesting, I like action selection as a mechanic. Nice review! 👍

I don't have a rondel yet, so that plus it is a beautiful game.
Kinda neat seeing through the strawberry on the card because of your greenscreen.

Looks like a fun game!
We really like resource management and order fulfillment games. Also I was born in Denver, true, so I’d doubly like to win it!
I like the pretty design Kimberly.
A Euro with a witchy and cozy feel sounds nice
I love the art. It's amazing.
The mechanics seem cool too, but I'm mostly drawn in by the theme and art style.
@allison2525 declared the winner in the Community section.
I like the Library the most, but the game does look awesome.
I like the strategy of the game
The art

Absolutely love your knowledge of tree bark!
