Interestingly enough, she’s actually not the same person. She’s actually a student at Linphea college during the few times we saw it on Season 6. (Hence the little caption “Ft: Linphea Fairies”) I am able to tell because she has the same braided hair style as her casual and fairy outfits. We also do know she is one of Miele’s few friends. She was never officially named but her name was rumored to be Silvana. (Name comes from one who lives in a forest)
