I own a Samsung now, but I missed the days when I don't even need to watch a damn video to change the battery of my Nokia 3310. I would always have a spare battery when I was backpacking, and change it when it runs out of charge ... after 5 days.

So basically take to a professional with all the right tools or get a new phone

This is ridiculous. I am a oldie electrician guy and I can tell you were going the wrong direction. There may be advantages on this consealed battery thing, but there are more disadvantages.Just another way of them telling you to toss it and buy a updated phone a year later, thats pretty much the life span they have the phones now. I like to use the outdated stuff for the wifi things, but if they do the battery thing now its useless, I do not intend on spending that kind of time replacing a battery and take chance of ruining the phone. Thanks for your time making the video though, much appreciated by all of you.
