Hey is this the USA civil rights ?
'Been arrested recently, per chance?
The policeman was chilled and friendly but that wpc is a total Karen.
It's likely because her car isn't MOT'd 🤣 it expired on 5th July 2021!!! That's why she was asking for the video to be deleted etc 🙈
@@consu.merizm Wow that is unbelievable. So she’s probably been driving around illegally for three and a half months without an MOT.
If you're driving a private vehicle, you should probably not take it to public places.
Its VRN is displayed externally, available for any pair of eyes to see. Same goes for the vehicle designation and manufacturers chosen design for the vehicle (shape). People are generally not that thick (take that with a pinch of salt) and if they were determined even a little bit, can figure things out. She should not be out in public herself as she is not mentally fit enough to deal with the leaves falling off trees.
Maybe a private vehicle but number plates are owned by the dvla
@@nathanwilson3737 You own the plate, DVLA own the actuall number. Even personallised plate numbers are still owned by DVLA, and the ICO still states all reg plate numbers are encrypted information and not personal information so the law defined in the UK GDPR DPA2018 does not apply.
If you play one million £ to DVLA to have 8ori5 or K4r 3N or 808 8By or 999 or P1G then that your fault people read it as such and is or maybe more trackable. If these police want to hide then get a 250 £ generic reg plate ie KK44 RAN
@@pqrstzxerty1296 if u have a personalized plate i don't think u have to register it with the dvla

'i'm exercising my right to record in public'
Wpc:'i don't understand what your doing here' 😂
I wouldn’t hire her as an editor
Yo AB 👍
Yo AB here 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Lol AB 😆
Hello AB, and on that note i will, zippit. 👍
I've just unsubscribed from this clown... I'm a 100% sure you would have not walked out tail tucked like this one.
Once again its a woman who tries to escalate a situation
Always a split-arse who has to play the biggun lol. 👍
Yeah cos it’s not like men have ever been violent, belligerent arses is it? Look at what a success you’ve made at running the world…brilliant job….corruption, warmongering, greed, sexual harassment, the list goes on. Well bloody done!
"She doesn't understand". Flipside she's not prepared to stand under you.. Tyrannosaurus.
Don’t like the NO word 😮😮😮😮
The only thing I'm surprised at is that she wasn't waving a 'Bargain Bucket' around in her left hand.
The policeman was decent, the policewoman looks like she should be working in a library.
She looks like she's just finished a shift at the Bakery tasting pies!
In the library that would be way to stressful all those people talking and not returning books she'd snap after a day. Lucky she's a police officer so she get to issue ticket scream at people and every now and then beat on people to get the stress relief she needs
Shes still gobbing off😂😂😂😂😂😂
I suspect she would be stressed handling hot drinks at McDonalds. Bless her
And the hand on hip Karen stance. Top comment mate.
'Been arrested recently, per chance?
Copper was spot on. He'd reported the lack of signage but the hierarchy have done nothing. Rather waste police time escorting people off after a 20 minute debate.
As for Karen 🤦♀️🤬
She's so nervous, twitching and fiddling with her sunglasses.
"I've never met you". Correct, and Sarah Everard had never met Wayne Couzens.
Mind you, plenty of other women had met him. How did that turn out for them?
She wanted you to go “round the front” so that she could just leave you there and tell her colleagues that she escorted you off the property.
exactly..
And if he want to go “ round the back”?, I think ( maybe)it will be painful for her!!😂😂
She wants you round the front and not the back 🤣😜😖
Most do.
lol It’s always the moody cows that hate it from the back
She's obviously in the wrong job. Her de-escalation skills are non existent
Before the 2 Policemen came, that women was acting like a novice PCSO very timid, when the 2 Policemen arrived she started behaving like she was Captain of the station interrupting everyone. 🤣🤣🤣🚨
Bitches all ways get gobie when then male bosses cum 😂😂😂😂😂😂
When you asked her name and she said "I gave you my identity number, what's your name?" you should have gave her your identity number and just make one up
I like it.
Very like when AB holds out his 'ID' Haha
She says I’m not in plainclothes, I’m in my own clothes. She can’t comprehend that if she’s not in uniform, she’s in plainclothes (so should produce her warrant card when identifying as a constable). Considering the current climate (Wayne Couzens), it’s unbelievable that she refuses to identify.
and what pray , could a girl cop actully do to a bloke ??? unless she illegally carrying a police service pistol
@@geezerp1982 so female prisoner officers, female teachers, female nurses etc don't do unlawful things to men and children. Woman police officiers are quite capable of being like Wayne Couzens.
Well I worked out instantly what she meant. She was telling him she was not an operational plainclothes officer rather a uniformed officer who had just arrived at work.. I can also understand her reluctance to instantly ID as a police officer in that situation.
@@geezerp1982 She can’t have special treatment based on gender so it’s only right to expect the same conduct from her as would be expected from a male PC. In fact, strictly speaking, we probably shouldn’t even make the presumption that she’s female 😉
@@robotsonmars1989 She’s either in uniform or she is not. It doesn’t matter if she usually wears a uniform while on duty, as she wasn’t wearing it during this encounter.
Constables are still constables while off-duty and if they exercise their powers they are considered on-duty, which is why police forces often have a policy either recommending or requiring constables to carry their warrant cards at all times.
Force policy also usually dictates that constables and police staff must have their warrant cards or police staff ID on display (e.g. on a lanyard) at all times while on police premises whether in uniform or not!
Not surprised PC Karen is tense & frustrated , who would want her as their other half. She'd be constantly butting into every conversation & telling you that the whole world is against her 🤣
So true, her only asset is her wide hips
Her name actually is Karen.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
'Been arrested recently, per chance?
That’s what her toy boy says😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
She was determined to make it all about her coming to work in a private car.
That chap was sound with you so it was the right decision in my opinion, it was hopefully a learning curve for Bambi as she was having a nervous breakdown .
'Bambi' ... brilliant.
Guess what she will be known as at the station now. Haha

Slapper
I've not even watched video yet I love checking Comments first
I don't think she learnt a thing. Not one single shred of information went in. Because she simply dosent care about doing the right thing, or learning. Just couldn't handle being filmed
It’s not a case of ‘bottling it’ mate. She was what is wrong with today’s police. Well done 👍
Well done indeed.
She was the problem.
This new breed instictively look for confrontation.
Other chap comes out and everything is fine.
'Been arrested recently, per chance?
@Jim1958 No, why?
I love how that woman broke herself, it's beautiful to watch.
No crime committed. Public servants?? Her feelings seem more important to her than the law.
its probably the first time that woman wasnt obeyed
respect on leaving
She didn't like not being backed up having a hissy fit.
(Guessing it is not the first time).
Bambie is now a 'legend' at that statiion.
Not all about police smashing u to the floor its about how they respect u bro
It’s all about power, control and ego. The Stanford prison experiment shows how people change when put in a position of power. I must have seen hundreds of audits and the police never side with the auditor regardless of the situation. I find female officers are worse in these situations.
The answer should be "your concern does not trump my rights."
It's as simple as that.
For quite a small police station there’s an awful lot of “private cars” in the car park yet they still claim to be understaffed.
Kolee, if you ask a copper to identify themselves and they ask why your response should be:
“Given the current climate I would like to make sure who you are”
And if they ask what climate, just say:
“Wayne Couzens”
Brilliant!
Hahahhahaha.....genious! Its such a good comeback
The male officer de-escalated and did a good job.. 👌
I guess the female officer was just hungry and cranky like a 2yr old....😂😂😂
The whole point is to protect your LEGAL RIGHTS TO FILM IN A PUBLIC PLACE.
When will they learn if they want a secure car park then they need to make it secure!
Those number plates must be protected at all costs. Haha
The PC did say he had highlited the need for more signage. Guess it's down to lack of finances.
Shhh don't talk sense mate.....they are listening.....
Hope there tax is made right for for the free parking 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😊
The chap was decent. patient and reasonable. respect.
He was very professional, and you did the right thing.
You know what your saying dont you? so doing the right thing is to walk away this only entitles these police officers to abuse their powers on the next person
3/10
As usual a WPC escalating the situation unnecessarily
Meanwhile it’s statistically higher that 1 of those 3 clowns will end up murdering a member of the public walking home at night than it is for a member of the public to attack a police station
If she felt under threat why did she stay and make herself more vulnerable or maybe just time of the month well handled kolee
Karen looks like a feminist ‘survivor’. She would be angry with trees for shedding leaves.
It's always the Konstable Karens that butt in, talk over people, make illogical assertions, and escalate every interaction.
Don't police in the UK really not know what 'private' means? How can they argue that it is police property and then go on to say it's 'private', as ownership by a public entity means it's owned by the public.
Rubbish. Publicly owned organisations can have private areas. No 10
Downing St, Buckingham Palace, The Mayor’s Parlour etc
@@MrAndrewFarrow, as far as I can tell, private property is property owned by a non-public entity. If not restricted in any way, allowing the public free entry, it is public space.
You appear to be confusing the common meaning of private with the legal one. From a legal point of view, as far as I understand it, the word more appropriate is 'restricted'.
Buckingham Palace is a Crown-owned residence, to be used by the reigning monarch. It is not public property.
All legal titles to #10 are held in the name of the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government. It may therefore be public property, but weeks appear to have significantly restricted access.
@@ceesjanmol private property can be owned by Tesco or HMG.
Both can have implied rights of access if the door is open, but equally both are private when they are closed.
Certain areas of Tesco are open to the public, certain areas aren’t.
Ditto publicly owned land.
Whether the owner is funded by taxes is irrelevant. Crown land, government building, The Town Hall are all private unless made publicly available
Just so you know, this is being recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Thank you
That would not have been fare ... she was already on a wobble. Haha
@@noelward8047 😂👊
You forgot "your safety and security" meaning protect my paranoia and give me control over you.
@@oddball7483 😂
haha - excellent.
She wasn’t sure what to do when you wouldn’t listen to her. So funny.
Even her partners in crime wanted no part of that mess she threw herself into. Good video
Job was done, no need to get yourself roughed up.
Disagree..... this behavior sets a precedent. They now know they can infringe on our rights by appealing to our sense of morals.
Kolee: you engaged with me
Plod: you made me tense
She made me tense.
Was she worried about her lunch spoiling in the sunshire ?
God help anyone that came into interaction with her later once she had a uniform on !
'Been arrested recently, per chance?
WOW....She was close to tears...I honestly thought she was going to start blubbering at one point.
Was a good audit. The sow wasn't fit for purpose and the pc backed down a bit when he realised you was exercising your rights.👍
'you was'. Great grammar!
It would be the best for everyone, except for the rights of the auditor.
Yes I thought that! Would work out wonderful for their domination but a failure for us mere mortals
I didn't know they made private cars 😳
Like the 'Covert' one's AB was accused of filming ?
@@noelward8047 😆 right!!
Notice how this is all about her needs, not the law but her needs.
This one is not the brightest lamp in the street but she is the neediest.
The male officer was fine the female hadn’t a clue.
I think if you consider yourself an auditor, then if the police station is a pass you should say so.....
not that this one was a pass though😂
You made the right decision Kolee, it would have been a different situation if the officer was putting hands on
The hand on the hip " Karen " stance. Gets me every time.😂
You could still walk down there seeing as it was open. You can't be arrested for being in an enclosed premises so the worst that could happen would be for someone to ask you to leave as it's only a civil trespass. As for the keys... My guess is that someone found them and decided to hand them in just in case the owners decided to claim them ?
She was so annoying going on and on
The car REG argument is so stupid! The guys said he has no problem with you filming out the front of the station, You are still going to record every number plate of any car that comes to the station! It is crazy! And they always think they are right! Hilarious
When you film their REG in 'public' that is different ... apparently. Haha
AB got detained and searched for the same thing.
He was clever in how he got your agreement to leave. She was a fool. Imagine working with/ living with/ living next door to her.
I I agree. The way he composed himself he didn't need to be dragging you out .
Correct decision today Kolee, although she was a pain, and was eluding to a section 43!!
Correct decision agreed.
She had no idea about Section 43 ... was unable to get her phone out as was too busy holding on to her lunch. Haha
Inspector Jacques Clouseau in Koleeberks last Video said Section 44
🤐
🤣🤣🤣
None of them Actually have a clue on what they're meant to do as a Employe
As a Acting Police Constable
( Common Law )
One thing Police do that really iriritates me is when they look you up and down, they all do it
They use that to give themselves thinking time ...
or they are envious of the footwear. Haha
Unbelievable. PC Karen's MOT expired on 5th July. Almost 4 months ago. Which means her insurance is invalidated. You couldn't make this stuff up.
If you was legally entitled to carry out an activity, why is he forced to stop you doing so?
I'm sure I've seen the female officer in another auditor's video.
She appears not to have benefitted by the experience.
TL:DR; Koleeberks left the carpark, but he did not lose the battle or lose the war. He still pointed out who the female tyrants are.
"I'm not being 'confrontive'" - that's a new word.
About a year ago, I found a set of keys lying on the pavement. It too, had a tesco card attached to it. So I phoned Tesco, explained about the keys, and gave my address so the people to whom the keys belonged could collect them. Sure enough, Tesco contacted the owner, and a lady knocked on my door, proved she owned the keys, and bunged me a tenner! (She wouldn't let me refuse it sadly). AND I got a rather nice 20 squid shopping voucher from Tesco!
Good strong solid handling of the situation. Generally handled it really well.
And this guys is known as a KAREN!!
If she was that concerned she would have called for back up straight away...
I'll be honest Kolee, I've always been a bit 50/50 when it comes to auditers. Too many anarchists and one or two genuine Public Service Auditors. I won't name names, many are terrible and some are ABsolutely necessary. It's refreshing to see a real legal approach that educates to the letter of the law. As antagonistic as viewers want you to be, you actually relay legislation and the law that 🤞will actually help these guys do their job lawfully. Props to you Kolee.
Re @ Kolee ,it's not cool to dive bomb ,learn a little street legal coordination man an they will
spill with ease ,they aren't jackboot state troopers .
U mean AB.
The man's a troublemaking idiot. Before you invoke the term 'auditor' look it up in the OED: it certainly doesn't mean anything approaching the actions/intentions of this prat. The police will be better placed to deal with crime and criminals if they're not wasting time on these vexatious idiots.... but I'm sure that when he needs their services he'll be patient if they're held up dealing with another like-minded donkey.
The argument of we don't know you or know what you are doing. "You might follow one of the officers home", makes no sense. If you use the same logic you don't know if an officer will follow you home. If you see any officer using a phone, you don't know what they are doing on it, they could be looking/purchasing illegal content. But you don't , because there is no evidence to support it. The same applies if you are filming in a public/public accessable place. You go on what you do know, not what you don't.
PC Karen has got issues, you can tell a mile off at her facial expressions watch closely.. She instantly tried to flare up the situation once the male PC's arrived.. But good on that Male PC for being calm and taking the time to listen, also conducting himslef in a decent mannor..
10:00 "I've never met you before." She's never met 99.99999999% of the public either. But does she think every single of them is a potential violent criminal? Don't answer that, I know she does. She lives her life scared of her own shadow.
Yes mr… . You asked for feedback. At 17:09 when she kept on interrupting you, I so wanted you to call her out on her ego. After all that’s the essence of your interactions. Respect as ever
You dealt with that well.
I’d like to speak to you around the front of the station. If you’d have walked around the front with her then she would have then got you off the carpark she’d have then stopped talking and walked off.
It was obvious ... and she hated it when no one moved. Haha
Looked like the right decision, you could maybe have negotiated “if you leave first then I will leave after you go”. As to number plates and he following of officers - it wouldn’t require videoing, someone would just wait for an officer to get into their car, then follow them. They seem to forget that only they have the power to trace registration plates, not the public.
Again with the 'I don't know you, I have never met you' as an excuse to abuse your rights.
You made the right decision K , nice audit!!
Far from bottling it bro, you showed the same level of respect to the male officer that he showed to you. Excellent audit.
Toseer
"We can photograph you, but you are not allowed to photograph us"
Sounds like a dictatorship.
When she said she was frustrated you should of said I can’t help you with that I have standards.
👍🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I wish once the uniformed officers arrived you turned to her and said “shush”
There is always a Karen on hand to brighten up these audits!
What has she done to a member of the public that makes her feel like somebody wants to ............
Yes then the people, reasonable interaction on both sides tbh.its not just about the beef. You did the right thing bro.👍
Broads just can't shut up.
That female officer seems
Void of normal understanding
and shows very serious signs of mental instability
We would advise this officer is tested for intoxicating substances, alcohol or controlled drugs
She seem not to be able to control her mouth or her actions, this is very concerning
and must be immediately addressed by superiors under the duty of care
Police uniform has changed, didn't know they had started wearing denim.
my man kolee always owns these women who get so butt hurt when he doesnt do as they demand, love it
Well handled, well played . When they come at you with the same old worn-out “ But I don’t know who you are do I ?”, respond to them by saying “ You don’t know 99.9999 % of the citizens you are meant to protect and serve so does that mean that the entire citizenry is automatically suspicious ?” .
And then we have a Nazi state in the making
Smoothly and politely done.
Wow Dale Winton is alive and serving as a PO - who knew. What a bunch of see you next Tuesdays.
